New Eviction Document
Check-List:
1) Lease / Rental Agreement (and any Amendments) that you have with the Tenant
2) Documentation relating to the history of the Tenant’s proof of payment
3) Copy and proof of Notice given to Tenant
(Most of our clients have done this incorrectly, we will help you to do this Properly if you haven’t already.)
